TECNAROMA CTE are our aromatic mix for the food industry and are the
result of the most modern techniques of extracting total principles of
aromatic spices and natural herbs.
In strict observance of the traditional Italian taste, the TECNAROMA
CTE contribute to the innovation of production techniques in the cold
cuts industry (especially Mortadella, baked ham and other pork products,
and food products such as pizzas, pasta stuffed, etc.)
TECNAROMA STE are our aromatic specialties derived from single spices
and herbs. They are free from mould and harmful micro-organisms for food
production.
They are deprived of herbal substances contained in spices and herbs,
and we can give them an aroma from three to ten times stronger than their
plants.
In the cold cuts, the TECNAROMA CTE and STE are easy to use because
they are mixed directly with the curing salt and other ingredients. They
can also be dissolved in brine injection with the advantage of a perfect
distribution of the flavouring throughout the mass of flesh.
